Her distinct forte resides in working in gender-based violence from a survivor-centric approach incorporating international human rights law. Vayuna presently spearheads transformative initiatives as a Legal and Policy Advisor at Global Rights for Women, utilizing international law to advocate for systemic reforms. Prior, she fiercely advocated for families in New York State who were at risk of separation due to foster care. She is an alumnus of NYU School of Law (LL.M) and NLSIU Bangalore, India (LL.B).
